PLEASE READ ME!

How to clean the box:
• Only use a dry mircofibre cloth.
• Do not use any chemicals, if the box cracks you will loose your deposit.

Here is how it works:
• ALL pieces have a rental period of 7 days, including weekends.
• Collect and return days are Monday to Friday, please arrange a time before hand.
• All pieces are collected and returned by the customer (no delivery) at our
studio at 820 Mary Street, Rietvlei View Country Estate, Grootfontein.
• NO INTERSTATE and NO INTERNATIONAL Hire bookings. Please do not
book in an item if your event is not in Gauteng. The item will not be posted to
your venue location and your booking will be cancelled and refunded
immediately.
• All products have a security bond associated to them to cover any damage or
late/ unreturned items. This will be reimbursed to you on return of the goods
on-time and in their original condition.
• You can certainly have a friend or relative return the hire items on your behalf
if you are jetting off on your honeymoon immediately after the big event.
• Please read the terms and conditions, you agreed to them when you made payment.
