Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully. By completing and sending your Info Sheet to us, we accept that you have read and accepted all the points set out in our T&C's. No discussion will be entered into with regards to ANY of the points, at any time.

When we say: "Not Painted" – it means that we do not paint the product at all – we do clean this product if needed. Paint colours that is included in the "Painted" option – we use colours that are available on the market, any special colours will be matched to the closest colour we can find on the shelfs.

Printing colours – Please take note that MU STUDIO do not take any responsibility for colour matching of products. If you send us a picture of a product that is, for example, Duck Egg Blue – but you do not supply a colour code or colour name, we will not take responsibility if the colour is not exactly what you had in mind. Always enquire about your colour beforehand and make sure we can supply that specific colour. UV printing and digital print colours may differ and sometimes the colour you see on the screen is not the same when printed.

Every product is custom designed and handmade individually. Thus not one product will ever look exactly as any other – even if it is the same design. Products are hand assembled and hand painted. Differences will occur. MU STUDIO will not be held responsible if a product does not look exactly like another one that has been advertised by us on Social Media or via Email. Please take note that photographs of products may be edited.

Please note that foamboards or acrylic products may have scratched or dents, we try our best to make sure we do not use these parts of the material but in some cases this can't be avoided, unfortunately this is how we receive it from the suppliers and although we are very quality conscious, some scratches may slip through. Also note that foamboard do break easily when bumped. We can also not take responsibility for the shade/colour of the wood. The shade of the wood differs from batch to batch, and we have absolutely NO CONTROL over this. We get what the supplier has – it is as simple as that.

Sizing mentioned on the website is just a guideline – sizes may vary according to designs – please make sure you ALWAYS mention the size of the product you want if you are ordering a custom product, have been given a custom quote on special size requested or just want to make 100% sure of the product size before you order. We will not take responsibility for sizing differences if a custom size was not CLEARLY specified.

When we engrave a word or image onto wood, the wood burns brown (shade may vary according to type of wood used). We can NEVER do engraving in any other colour than this. This is very important – if you do not understand the principle of this, please contact us for an explanation – confusion might cause disappointment in the end-product if you did not understand the process completely.

When filling in your info sheet: Please include ALL information clearly. If ANY customized sizing, colours, designs etc. is not included ON the form, MU STUDIO does not take any responsibility if the final product is not correct. NO email correspondence or reference to any email will count – IF IT IS NOT ON THE INFO SHEET IT DOES NOT COUNT!

Once your invoice and info sheet is submitted and processed, you are liable for the entire order and said amount. No changes can be made on any order once it has been processed. If you wish to add extra items to your order you must handle it as an entirely new order and send it through accordingly. Please take note that any such orders will be handled as a separate order and thus receive its own invoice and completion date, except stated otherwise by MU STUDIO.

You will receive your invoice via email. Please check your invoice carefully. Please acknowledge receipt of invoice, and if necessary make arrangement for payment, if payment cannot be made immediately. If no payment or arrangement is made, we WILL NOT START PRODUCTION ON ANY ITEMS. Full amount of invoice needs to be paid before order will be sent via courier or collected.

NO extra charges will be necessary for EFT payment. We, unfortunately, do not accept CASH or DEBIT/CREDIT card payments on collection of orders.

You will be notified by email if your order is finished and ready for pick-up or postage, once the order is finalised. This notification will include the collection address and collection times.

If you are in Pretoria or can make special arrangements, you are more than welcome to skip all postage and courier costs and pick up your order from MU STUDIO personally. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you make arrangements beforehand. MU STUDIO will not be held responsible if you show up at the workshop and there is no one to assist you.

We make use of The Courier Guy for courier purposes. Prices vary according to location and size of package, so please contact us for a quote. Please be 100% sure of your address and check it twice. MU STUDIO will not be held responsible for any parcel ending up at the wrong address if said address was incorrect when supplied. MU STUDIO will not be held liable for any damage, loss or theft of parcels – we will also not take responsibility for late deliveries because of strikes or any other reason. MU STUDIO is not responsible for tracking of sent parcels. Once your order has been sent, we will send you your tracking number via email. Parcels can be tracked via the Courier Guy website.

MU STUDIO has a strict No Returns Policy. No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds will be given, so check your order carefully before submitting and approving designs.

All products are photographed by us, and watermarked to use for marketing on Social Media, Websites, Emails etc. MU STUDIO reserves the right to use any photographs we may take of any one of our products for this purpose.
